countryside overlooking the picturesque Blackmore Vale. It is located about a mile off
the A352 and just 6 miles from the Abbey town of Sherborne, Dorchester, the county town,
is about 15 miles southwards, along the A352 road.

ALMSHOUSE FARM is a traditional dairy farm of some 300 acres and has been worked by the resident owners for over thirty years. Guests are always welcome to walk around the farmyard and watch the milking, or relax in the delightful English country garden.
THE FARMHOUSE, a charming grade II listed stone farmhouse, is restored from a sixteenth century monastery and has many interesting features, including exposed wooden beams and a magnificent inglenook fireplace.
